  • How do I take care of my jewelry?
    The care of your jewelry will depend on which type you purchased, but here are the general steps for jewelry care. Keep your jewelry clean and dry. Avoid unnecessary moisture by keeping jewelry out of places like the gym, sauna, or spa. Avoid every day usage. Avoid jewelry contact with lotions, perfumes, and other damaging chemicals. Store jewelry in appropriate container when not in use. Use very mild cleaners for regular jewelry cleaning.
  • Where is my order?
    If you have not received your order after its scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Department via our Contact Us page.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately, after an order is placed, you cannot change your order. However, you do have two hours of cancellation time, if you change your mind about a purchase.
  • What is your return policy?
    You have 14 calendar days to return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges). Your item must be in the original packaging and must have receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and notifiy you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after we inspect the item. If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer policies. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department so they can direct you through the correct steps.
